Catherine Carleton - Founding Director
A city lawyer turned legal recruiter, Catherine focuses on the appointment of high calibre lawyers across a range of practice areas into leading London law firms and beyond.
In her previous role, Catherine was a Senior Consultant at an independent recruitment boutique, recruiting for some of the biggest names in the City. She is proud to have worked with a range of law firms from UK Magic Circle and Silver Circle to West End, US and niche firms.
Prior to moving into the recruitment industry, Catherine trained and qualified as a lawyer at Manches before joining Taylor Wessing’s property litigation group.
